Settings → Data lets you import contacts from a CSV file and download contacts, properties or all account records. Import supports up to 500 contacts, previews changes and skips duplicates by email or phone. Save Excel files as CSV UTF-8 first. Requests, properties and reminders are not imported.
Yes, in your mobile browser. You can add a home-screen shortcut. There is no separate App Store or Google Play app yet; an internet connection is required.
Supabase provides the database and authentication; the primary database is in Ireland. The current website is hosted on Vercel. See the privacy policy for details.
Yes. Save the link and try to load the property details. Automatic import depends on the website and may be unavailable. You can enter details manually instead. Estario is not affiliated with listing portals.
The open beta is currently free. Paid plans are planned for later; prices and dates have not been set.
Choose properties and create an expiring link. The client opens it without an account and leaves a response. You can revoke the link.
Use Estario for 14–15 days and send a detailed report to amar.studio.eu@gmail.com within 30 days of starting, using your account email. Describe tasks you tried, difficulties or bugs; praise is not required. We will confirm participation by email. Qualifying testers receive 12 free months starting when the paid version launches, not when they register. The feedback deadline does not end the currently free beta. Paid launch dates and prices are not set.
